How do I manage Service Requests?

All your service requests will appear as Notifications in your App and as Email Notifications, if you have enabled this feature in your Profile-Privacy page.

You can view and manage your Service Requests by clicking on the ‘REQUESTS’ menu of the app.

All incoming service requests are categorised under ‘Pending’.
If you accept a request, it will be moved to ‘Accepted’.
If you decline a request, it will be moved to ‘Declined’.
If the Operator cancels a service request, then it will be moved to ‘Cancelled’.
