What is AvPlat?

AvPlat is an end-to-end Digital Flight Support Platform and Marketplace, designed to be as easy to use as an Expedia or a Priceline. AvPlat can be used as a Mobile App, available for download from the Apple and Google Stores or as a Desktop software.

AvPlat is bringing about an exciting change in how Aircraft Operators (Buyers/Customers of Trip Service Elements and Service Providers (Sellers of Trip Service Elements) carry out the critical process of Trip Fulfilment, which is the essence of Aviation. Trip Service Elements or Services include Fuel, Handling, Airport Charges and Permission, Hotel, Transport, Flight Planning, Navigation Charges and Overflight Permits. The change will be a move away from traditional methods such as Emails, Telephones and an obsolete payment system to an end-to-end digital platform and marketplace for aviation.

AvPlat is not a Trip Support provider, but rather a SAAS Technology Platform which digitalises flight fulfilment processes for Operators, Handlers/FBOs, Fuelers, Airports, Air Navigation Providers and Trip Support Providers and a Marketplace which provides rates from top Service Providers, enabling you to compare the best rates and generate an instant Trip Estimate.

Operators:

You can use the Flight Planning Software to create real-time schedules, select trip service elements from the Marketplace and activate your trip in less than a minute. You can then manage your trip using the Workflow Engine as it moves through different phases in its lifecycle, minimally communicating with Service Providers through the Messenger. You can then settle all payments instantly through the Wallet.

Service Providers:

You can use the Pricing Software to create multiple rate cards for all your services, to make them auto-discoverable on the Marketplace or use the Quoting Software to generate Quick Quotes. You can then accept, manage, and fulfil all your service requests using the Workflow Engine as the request moves through different phases in its lifecycle, minimally communicating with Operators through the Messenger. You can then let the platform auto generate invoices for you or you can manually upload your invoices and get paid instantly through the Wallet.
