TRIPS:
Handling - Full Refund. No Cancellation Fee
Fuel - Full Refund. No Cancellation Fee. Nil Uplift Fee and other station specific fees may apply.
Airport Charges – Full Refund. No Cancellation Fee.
Airport Permissions - No Refund. Cancellation not possible after Service Confirmation
Flight Planning - No Refund. Cancellation not possible after Service Confirmation
Overflight Permits - No Refund. Cancellation not possible after Service Confirmation
Navigation Fee - Full Refund. No Cancellation Fee.

All refunds are credited back into the Operator Wallet. It will reflect under the Received section.
When a confirmed service is modified or cancelled, and a currency conversion has been applied, your payment will be processed using the Base Exchange Rate at the time of modification or cancellation.
