What is the Base Exchange Rate?

Base Exchange Rate means a system-wide rate used by AvPlat Payments for conversion between Customer Currency and Platform Currency in case of Payins.
It does not include any fee or mark-up by AvPlat. AvPlat establishes the Base Exchange Rate using data from one or more third parties such as FIXER (www.fixer.io).
