AvPlat Trip Estimates include all trip service fees such as gross fuel price, handling charges, airport charges and permission costs, navigation charges and permission costs, disbursement/supervision fees, taxes, and all applicable surcharges at the point of trip activation.
Prior to ETD, if you change any flight parameters which necessitates a change in your Trip Estimate, you would be notified and your Estimate is auto updated.
As the trip progresses to an In Progress phase, you may require additional services at the airport and these would be charged appropriately by the service provider with your Captain’s approval. For example, you may require an unplanned Tow or an Air Con Unit. These services will be entered in the in-app Ground Handling sign off form and your Captain would give a sign off.
AvPlat's Customer Fees or Platform Fees are not included in the Estimates and will be shown as a line item in your Invoices.
