How-To Setup Multiple-Parameter Rate Cards

Multiple-Parameter Rate Card Setup is Easy.

So, you want to set up different rates for Domestic Aircraft and Foreign Aircraft, and for Domestic Aircraft flying abroad and International Aircraft flying locally. Sounds complicated? Not really, Let us show you.You can set up as many Rate Cards as per your existing policy by selecting the appropriate parameters.

Start — Navigate To Setup.

Open the side-menu. Select Setup. Enter your PIN or Generate a New PIN (if asked).Hit Continue.

Begin Setup — Choose Your Service.

Choose the service you provide. We have used ‘Fuel’ in this example. Hit the ‘+’ Icon to create a new rate card. Choose Basic Setup.Make sure your Rate Card validity is correctly set.

Now— Choose Your Parameters

Click on ‘Aircraft’, specify if your rate applies to Domestic and/or Foreign Aircrafts. Next,click on ‘Flying To’, specify if your rate applies to Domestic and/or International movements.Likewise, specify all your parameters.

Finally — Complete Price Setup AndSave.

Complete the rest of the Basic Setup, and move to Price Setup. Add your rates, hit Save, and viola! Your multi-parameter rate cards are setup.
