How do I set a validity for my Listings or Rate Cards?

Each Listing or Rate Card created by you includes a Valid From and Valid To date.
The AvPlat Platform automatically displays only those listings which are valid for the duration of the Operator's trip. Please ensure that you set an accurate validity for your Listings.

As long as a trip is scheduled to be completed before the Valid To date, the rate you have set will be the price you have to honour, subject to the Transparent Pricing Policy.

Only for Fuel Listings, due to the frequent changes in fuel prices (on a daily, weekly or monthly basis), your fuel listing price as on the date of flight activation is displayed to the the Operator and is used in the estimate. You would be invoiced based on the fuel listing price prevailing on the date of flight.
