AvPlat provides a Payment Guarantee to all Service Providers registered on the Platform.
The AvPlat Platform pre-authorises the Operator’s Credit Card for the Trip Cost Estimate (TCE) amount at the time of Service Confirmation. Every time the Operator changes the schedule or revises any of the trip parameters, the TCE is recomputed and the Operator’s Credit Card is pre-authorised for the excess amounts. Your Service Listing Fee(s) are transferred to your Wallet and displays as a Hold Amount, as soon as you accept the Service Request.
At the time of Service Fulfilment, your Service Invoice is automatically generated or if you have provided additional services you could also manually upload your invoice. Some of your Service Listing Fees will remain as a Hold Amount for 7 additional days, to facilitate any invoice clarifications by the Service User. Your fees will then move from Hold Balance to your Available Balance, at which time you can request a Payout to your bank account or selected payout method. AvPlat will process all payouts within 2 business days. The minimum payout amount is USD 500.
