How do I communicate with the Operators?
All communications with Operators, as well as information and document sharing, takes place securely on the AvPlat Platform using a built-in Messenger.
You can chat or call by using the Chat Tab in the Quick Info Menu or swiping to the left from any service item in the Services Tab of the Trip Info page.
AvPlat Support is also available to support you 24x7.
